Supported Shipping Methods

toyyto.com provides fast, efficient delivery of our accessories to customers globally. We supply our customers with Worldwide Shipping Available on all order (shipping may vary based on weight)and ship by economical Air Mail shipping (10-30days) like Singapore Post, HongKong Post, Swiss Post, and China Post, etc. We also offer our clients Express shipping with DHL takes 5-7 days to deliver.

Shipping Time

Normally we will ship out your order within 2-3 working days. It usually takes no more than 30 working days for the delivery by Air Mail and no more than 7 working days by Express.

We will do us every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time, which is determined by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with parcel origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, carrier complications or customs delay.

Customs Clearance & Import Duty

toyyto.com does not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. The order total you see on the checkout page (i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost) is what you pay to us. However, for international shipment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.

All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.

toyyto.com shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.



Customs Detention

But if for any reason, the sale of goods detained by customs, we promise to:

If your goods are being destroyed by the customs, both you(buyer) and I(seller) bear half the loss.
If the goods are returned to us from the customs due to some factors, we will confirm with you how to deal with the problem. We can rearrange shipping for you or make the refund to your Paypal account.
Remarks

Please note that sometimes shipping to remote destinations requires more time and extra fees due to international logistic policies. This additional delivery fee is required by logistic companies and must be borne by the receiver.

We are not responsible for nondelivery caused by that client don’t provide enough information when making an order.



The FAQ about Shipping & Delivery

Q: About DHL Remote Fee

A: We will charge extra $35 and even more if your shipping address is remote by DHL. You can visit the link http://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp to check if you are in a remote area or not.

Q: Do you provide free shipping if I place a big order?

A: We are afraid not. We’d like to provide free shipping for you if we can, for we regard you as our God and always spare no effort to seek profit for you. But the shipping fee is not included in such a reasonable price we offer. It is charged by transportation companies. We are so sorry that we cannot change anything for you in this aspect.

Q: Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

A: At this time our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay the shipment of your items.

Q: How do I know where my package has reached?

A: After we ship out your order, we will send you a tracking number by email, so you can check out the shipping status of your order.

Q: Can I change my address?

A: We can help you change the address if your order has not been shipped out. But we are so sorry to tell you that there will be no use when the order is already on the way to the destination. In this case, you may have to contact the local logistics company and find a solution.
